Euro-Finanzminister planen für Zeit nach Ende der Griechenland-Hilfen


BRÜSSEL (dpa-AFX) - Die Euro-Finanzminister bereiten sich mit Hochdruck auf das Ende der griechischen Hilfskredite im Sommer vor. Athen habe zugesagt, im April eine langfristige Wachstumsstrategie vorzulegen, erklärte der Eurogruppen-Vorsitzende Mario Centeno am Montag in Brüssel. Zudem werde an Schuldenerleichterungsmaßnahmen und der künftigen Überwachung des griechischen Spar- und Reformprozesses gearbeitet, erklärte EU-Wirtschaftskommissar Pierre Moscovici. "Dies darf aber in keiner Weise nach einem neuen Programm aussehen. Das Ziel ist, dass Griechenland zu einem normalen Land im Herzen der Eurozone wird."

Das hoch verschuldete Griechenland wird seit 2010 mit internationalen Krediten vor der Pleite bewahrt. Im Gegenzug muss es strikte Spar- und Reformmaßnahmen umsetzen. Im aktuellen Hilfsprogramm stehen bis zu 86 Milliarden Euro bereit. Es ist allerdings absehbar, dass Griechenland nicht sämtliche Gelder brauchen wird. Das Hilfsprogramm endet im August, dann soll Griechenland in der Lage sein, sich nach Jahren der Krise wieder selbst zu finanzieren.

Im Rahmen der unlängst abgeschlossenen sogenannten dritten Überprüfung des griechischen Reformprozesses sollen nun bis Ende März 5,7 Milliarden Euro an Athen überwiesen werden, erklärte der Chef des Euro-Rettungsschirms ESM, Klaus Regling. Eine weitere Milliarde solle folgen.

Bis zum Ende des Hilfsprogramms muss Griechenland nun noch 88 Spar- und Reformschritte umsetzen. "Wir haben es hier mit knappen Fristen zu tun", sagte Regling. Die Euro-Finanzminister wollen nun bei ihrem Treffen am 21. Juni grundlegende Entscheidungen zum Ende des Hilfsprogramms treffen./asa/amu/DP/tos
