G (price detail)

Former price detail "Geld": No sell orders were offered at the current quotation, there was only demand.

The price detail "G" stand for "Geld" (German for "bid") and states that there were only buy orders at this price, but no offers. Therefore, no orders could be executed.

Price details were abbreviations which were published in floor trading with a price quotation and offered additional information about the price respectively the security in question. With the migration of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange trading to Xetra technology these were largely abolished.
