Asset Management Company (AMC)

Institution assigned by investment funds to manage special funds.

Asset management companies manage the assets invested in an investment fund. Their activities are regulated by the Investment Code (KAGB). Until 2013, these institutions were referred to as investment companies, in on-exchange fund trading asset management companies often are also called issuers.
