Daneben erwirbt der Fonds auch Immobilienprojektentwicklungen. Die Auswahl der Immobilien obliegt dem Fondsmanagement und erfolgt nach den Kriterien nachhaltige Ertragskraft, Lage, Größe, Nutzung und Mieter. Im Anlagefokus stehen langfristig an kreditwürdige Unternehmen vermietete Objekte in guten Lagen etablierter Immobilienmärkte.
