invest like WERTGRUND WohnSelect D: Als Anlageziele des Fonds werden regelmäßige Erträge aufgrund zufließender Mieteinnahmen und Zinsen sowie ein langfristiger Ertrag eines breit gestreuten Immobilienvermögens angestrebt. Die Gesellschaft wird hierzu für den Fonds in Immobilien und Immobilien-Gesellschaften investieren. Dabei ist beabsichtigt, unter Ausnutzung unterschiedlicher Marktzyklen das Ertragspotenzial zu erhöhen sowie eine möglichst breite Risikostreuung zu erreichen. Der Fonds besteht derzeit ausschließlich aus in Deutschland belegenen Immobilien und Immobilien-Gesellschaften. Die Anlage in weiteren Staaten behält sich die Gesellschaft nach Änderung der Vertragsbedingungen vor. Bei der Auswahl der Immobilien für den Fonds stehen deren nachhaltige Ertragskraft, eine ausgewogene Mieterstruktur sowie eine Streuung nach Lage, Größe und Nutzung im Vordergrund der Überlegungen. Die Gesellschaft beabsichtigt, überwiegend in Wohnimmobilien in Deutschland zu investieren, wobei auch gewerbliche Nutzungen möglich sind. Neben bestehenden oder im Bau befindlichen Gebäuden kann die Gesellschaft für den Fonds auch unbebaute Grundstücke für Projektentwicklungen erwerben. Die Gesellschaft optimiert den Immobilienbestand entsprechend den Markterfordernissen und -entwicklungen durch Gebäudemodernisierung, - umstrukturierung und -verkauf.
